Artist's Comments

This is my very first submission. It's the result of a boring (caffeinated) Friday afternoon at my dad's house. I was working of drawing my hand... one thing lead to another and I'm now in possesion of an original piece.

Any suggestions or advice would appreciated. (By the way, this wasn't intended as a high calibur work of art) Or just comments in general. Thanks!

It's pretty good, even though it seeems that you messed up on the wrist part. Also, what's it say on the arm? I can't read cursve that well.

Thanks. I guess I over-did the wrist. The arm says: "Yeah, but whose holding the rope?"

It's there for a kind of random reason. At first, I just had the hand reaching up, but it was too depressing for me. So I applied salvation in the form of a rope. But then it felt too optomistic. I supressed that with some take-it-as-you-will writing.
